TERMS OF BUSINESS 

All basic charges will be confirmed in writing.All prices are quoted in US Dollars.A deposit of 40% based on the total daily rate, for hunting clients and observers, is required in order to confirm a hunt. This is non-refundable unless 90 days prior written notice is given so that we may replace your booking.The balance of the daily rate must be paid 30 days prior to the safari commencing. Fee totals for animals killed, wounded and lost will be calculated upon completion of the safari.All payments to be in cash or travellers cheque.While maintaining all reasonable care and precautions for the safety of clients, we accept no responsibility for any illness, negligence, accident or loss, or for expenses arising there from. Personal insurance should be taken out to cover yourself and your property.Trophy fees subject to change without notice

INCLUDED IN PACKAGES
The services of an experienced professional hunter and his staff, including trackers and skinners.All concession fees in South Africa.All hunting licenses in South Africa.A fully equipped hunting vehicle per professional hunter.Export permits and field preparation of trophies.Spirits, wines, beers and soft drinks.Full accommodation and meals.Excellent cuisine including ample fresh produce and fruit.Laundry.Scheduled airport pick up and return.

NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGES
Trophy fees of animals killed, wounded and lost, except for the package.Airfares: international, national or charter.Any costs arising before or after scheduled pick up or departure.Freight charges for shipment to USA or any other country, customhouse broker fees, insurance, inland freight from airport to taxidermy studio or tannery or to your home.Staff gratuities. Normally in the region of $20 per day for staff (this includes trackers, skinners, cook, cleaning ladies, laundry ladies.)
